The City of Warsaw has adopted the International Building Codes 2015 (IBC). This comprehensive building code establishes minimum regulations for building systems using prescriptive and performance-related provisions.
Construction Standards
The City has also adopted the American Public Works Association (APWA) Standard Specifications and Design Criteria as it relates to the Kansas City Metropolitan Chapter. These Standards address a broad range of specifications and design criteria, for example, streets, sewers, sidewalks, lights and other construction-related design features.
