The gymnasium consists of a full basketball court with pull out bleachers along with a stage at one end for entertainment events such as plays, school events or music events. The large space is great for fundraisers, proms, dances, wedding receptions, family reunions/gatherings and much more. This building host gun shows, music events, Heritage Days, art & crafts shows and more.  Room holds approx. 400 persons. The gym is open to walkers during the morning to 2 PM and opens for basketball from 2 – 4:30 PM, Monday -Friday.


The harbor room, located on the lower level of the Community Building is a bit smaller with a great harbor view. It is a great room for baby showers, kids parties, art gatherings and more. Come check the room out in person for your next event. Room holds approx. 50-60 persons.


The kitchen may be rented separately or in conjunction with the gym if needed. This facility is great for tournaments, fundraisers or you may utilize the kitchen for other events or meetings, making it the perfect venue for your event rental facilities needs.


The council chambers host the Board of Alderman meetings where the public may join in on, but if needed the room is available to rent for your business meetings as well.


Reserve your Shelter House/Picnic area early. Lay Park offers four Shelter Houses/Picnic areas all next to the Community Swimming Pool, two tennis courts, Playground with Swings, and Jerry Lumpe Softball field. The picnic areas are covered and have plenty of tables for your group. Across the street is a mountain bike skills park for beginners along with room to practice bicycling skills for the little ones or the big kids too. 

Drake Harbor Area

For outdoor event rental facilities, Drake Harbor is the perfect choice. It has plenty of room for fundraisers, art shows, festivals or any other large event for public rental.


Osage Amphitheater with a seating capacity of 290 and plenty of space for lawn chairs and or blankets it can seat up to 550. It serves as an outdoor venue for concerts, theater shows, and festivals as well as private functions, such as weddings. Users must provide their own lighting and sound system. Contact 660-438-5522.

Warsaw facilities – rent and reserve early with three easy steps:

1. Call the City Office at (660) 438-5522 or come into the Community Building located at 181 W. Harrison St. to check the availability and date for the desired room/location for your special event.

3. Return the completed “Rental Agreement” Application along with payment to the Community Building “Utilities Office” to reserve your room and date.

Knights of Columbus – Warsaw

Knights of Columbus building is a 4,500 square foot with seating and tables for 300 plus people can provide full-service catering, building rental, DJ service, and bar service needs.  Contact 660-723-6625.

Parkfield Inn – Warsaw​

The hotel has 57 guest rooms with a conference room that can accommodate up to 25 people. Contact 660-438-2474.

Osage Bluff Bunkhouse & Meeting Facility – Warsaw​

The Clubhouse is the perfect rental for large groups from Boy Scout Troops to family reunions. The Clubhouse sleeps 51 people bunk-bed style and has dormitory-style bathrooms. Other amenities include a convention/meeting room, pool access, game room, grilling area with picnic tables, and a commercial-sized kitchen. r&r bbq, catering & event space

Seating up to 100 people in the banquet room and can accommodate small weddings, family get-togethers, auctions, etc in the separate room.  The room is free if food is purchased.

Truman Catering & Event Venue – Lincoln

This beautiful private venue offers a meeting/event space inside for up to 70 people (with overflow on their outdoor patio), catering, full cash bar with bartender and waitresses.  Decorations, dishes, table seating, menus, etc. are customized for your needs.  There is also a play space/gaming area for kids.  Contact

American Legion Hall – Cole Camp

The hall can be rented for meetings or events and hold approximately 140 people.  Chairs and tables available, kitchen in the basement – two floors.  Contact  660-668-3610.

Jaycee Hall – Cole Camp

The hall inside can accommodate approx. 150 people with tables and chairs and a small kitchen area and the garden have a dance floor and stage, as well as 50 picnic tables.  Contact Andy at 660-668-3440.

St. Paul’s Lutheran Fellowship Hall – Cole Camp

Three meeting spaces to accommodate all group sizes and needs.  Fellowship hall with or without kitchen occupancy 250, basement with kitchen occupancy is 75.  Tables and chairs available.  Contact 660-668-3537.​

Lutheran School Auditorium – Cole Camp
