Tasty and Wild Vinegars from Native Plants

Come learn about how native plants can be used to make tasty vinegar from scratch and how wild flavors can be used to infuse vinegar. We will discuss the harvest seasons of the several native plants, how to get some for your yard, and how to make delicious vinegars from the scraps after you process the native fruits and berries into jellies and juices. We will also show you how to make tasty and delicious vinegar shrubs and other uses for wild vinegars.
