Come taste the wild with us as we explore edible insects of Missouri. You will learn which Missouri insects are edible and how to collect, identify, prepare and season them to make tasty treats.

Registration is required online at www.mdc.mo.gov/events under Benton County  (Lost Valley Hatchery in Warsaw) or Henry County (Clinton MDC Office).  Please register each person in your group separately.
