Truman Lake was built and is operated by the U.S Army Corps of Engineers, and it’s 55,600 acres of open water are perfect for fishing and water sports. There are many lodging options to choose from on and around Truman Lake. There are also boat ramps access it at many different points.
The upper arm of the Osage Arm of Lake of the Ozarks flows past the City of Warsaw, and is where Spoonbill snagging happens, where enormous catfish are known to hang out, and the Osage Arm of Lake of the Ozarks in front of Drake Harbor is a playground for tubers, water skiers and surfers. Access points are Drake Harbor, the City of Warsaw boat ramp, and East Bledsoe Ferry boat ramp.

Truman State Park Marina is a full-service marina. It is nestled in part of the naturally preserved shoreline of beautiful Truman Lake. There is a free boat launch next to us, as well as swim beach and day-use area close by – making us a great one-stop-shop!

Motel
Osage Bluff Motel offers clean, comfortable rooms with easy access to Truman Lake. We have powered sites to charge boats, storage for your catch and if you don’t catch, we provide BBQs and kitchenettes. The motel offers a peaceful environment to enjoy Truman Lake.
We have kitchenettes that sleep 4, standard rooms that sleep 4, a deluxe suite that offers sleeping for 6 and interconnecting rooms that will handle 8 guests. Almost all rooms have a view of the lake. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. There is also a dorm-style bunkhouse that can accommodate groups up to 50 for sleeping and a meeting facility, game room and kitchen area that can be rented out.
When you stay with us, you will have a good time. We have a pool and play area for kids and a lake full of fish. Just minutes from a boat ramp, full-service marina and restaurant.

Campground
If you like camping near the water you are going to love Sterett Creek Campground! Nestled on the shoreline of Truman Lake all of our sites have a view of the lake and are just steps away from the water’s edge.
We offer a variety of campsites including full hookups with 30 or 50 amp service, sites with electric only or electric with water (30 amp service) and primitive tent sites along the lakeshore are available. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring.
WE DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS FOR CAMPSITES, campsites are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We have a central shower house with adjacent coin laundry and a dump station. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground. There is a small convenience store located at the Marina for those little things you forgot or need last minute. We are only minutes away from a Super Walmart too.
Sterett Creek has lots of activities to keep you busy. If you have bikes we invite you to bring them as we have a great mountain bike trail through the property that winds around to Thibaut Point. There is a horseshoe pit in the campground and shoes are available to borrow at the store with a refundable deposit. Kayak, canoe, and stand up paddleboard rentals are now available at the marina.
WE DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS FOR THE CAMPGROUND. All sites are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Holiday weekends fill up early by as much as 6 days so plan your trip accordingly so you don’t miss out. Cars and boat trailers may park at the site if they fit on the gravel area. There is no parking on the grass or in the roadways at the campground at any time. We have overflow boat trailer and vehicle parking in the marina lot.
Camping at Sterett Creek Campground is fun for the whole family. We make every effort to be sure that you and your family experience a very enjoyable stay! Come camp with us this season. We know you will want to come back! Discounts for active military and law enforcement!
Motel
The motel consists of 40 updated rooms offering cable TV, free WIFI and most rooms offer two beds consisting of either twins, fulls or queens and most have memory foam mattresses and many have refrigerators and microwaves. There are six rooms with small kitchenettes featuring 2 burner stover, under-counter fridge, microwave and kitchen sink.
Ample parking for boats with outside outlets between each room for battering charging. The resort also has one “guest house” with four bedrooms and two baths which is fully furnished including washer and dryer.

Pets allowed with additional deposit. Non-smoking rooms are available. Resort opens March 15-Nov 1. Located on Truman Lake, the resort offers in addition to the motel a marina, campground, restaurant, bar and grill, boat storage, boat slips, boat and sea doo rentals, two bike trails directly from the property, BBQ Grills, pavilion and picnic tables.
Marina
This is a full-service marina providing boating and fishing supplies including tackle, bait, anchors, rope, life vests, skiing accessories, fishing rods and reels, nets, bait buckets, gear lube and oil – including 2-cycle TCW-3, ethanol-free gasoline, boat plugs, lights & more. The store also carries a nice selection of camping supplies, grocery staples, snacks, and beach gear.
Their fleet of boats includes motorized and non-motorized boats with four different models of pontoon boats, including a 2014 20′ G3 Sun Catcher and a 2014 18′ Sun Tracker and two ski boats. In addition have two bass boats, including a 2014 Lowe ST175 bass boat with live wells and trolling motor! Available for rent is an assortment of kayaks, canoes, and two stand up paddleboards! Reservations are available for all rentals.
Nightly, weekly, monthly and seasonal covered and uncovered slips to accommodate most boats and there are reservations available for overnight stays except on holiday weekends where spaces are first come first serve. For 2018 we’re adding another dock with 44 single well slips.
