Come and enjoy a safe Halloween experience in downtown Warsaw!

Businesses and Organizations from all over Warsaw come together to hand out candy and treats.  With six blocks of downtown Warsaw blocked off for Halloween Hoopla, the kids are sure to hit the jackpot and leave with lots of treats!  So please join our local businesses for lots of family fun.
