The space

Guests are welcome to the entire upstairs of the home including the deck, porch and surrounding yard. Guests are not permitted to use the basement or detached garage. However, parking is permitted in this area as well. Use caution when backing up as this is a raised driveway. The garage on the main floor is clean and available for use. Guests will find new furniture throughout this home. We kindly ask that guests use the coasters placed throughout the home. The towels and linens are all new and intended for the comfort of our guests. All windows throughout the home have been updated in 2021. This non-smoking home is clean and free of pet dander and odor. There guests may smoke on the deck, porch, or in the garage. As you enter through the front door, the view out the back of the home is breathtaking. The kitchen is fully functional and contains all appropriate utensils, crock pot, blender, mixer, coffee maker, air fryer and microwave. The primary bedroom has a large picture window. Wake up slow, relax and enjoy the view from the large queen bed overlooking the trees, bluffs and Truman Lake. As you enjoy our home, we will continue to update! There is enough parking to comfortably park four vehicles. More parking is available by lower garage.

Other things to note

1. Trash must be collected from throughout the home and placed in trash bags provided before departure.
2. All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started before departure.
3. All wet towels must be hung over the shower railing and dry towels left in a pile for pick up. Sheets and blankets can be left on the beds.
