Co-ed Volleyball

Get your team together now! Join in on some fun with others to improve, learn and develop your skills. Volleyball offers indoor fun at the Community building. Teams consist of 8 men and women and must have at least two women playing at all times. Each team must designate a team captain for scheduling purposes. Sign-up as a team. No individual sign-ups allowed. Sponsors are optional.

• Registration fee $150.00 per team. Fees must be paid with one check
• Must be 16 years of age and waiver signed by a parent if under 18.
• Games start 3rd week of February 2021.

Each team member must sign the liability Wavier form before playing. The captain shall ensure that all team members sign the “Full Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement to the City of Warsaw form,” and that all forms are turned in before practices and games begin.The season will run approximately 8 weeks this year. There will be an End of Season Tournament to determine the league champion.

TEAM REQUIREMENTS

1. NO PLAYERS UNDER 16.
2. Teams consist of guys and gals. Min. of 4 females playing at all times and min. of 8 present to play.
3. Each player must sign a liability Wavier provided by the team captain at the time of registration. *Registrations will not be accepted unless all waivers are complete!
4. Practice time must be scheduled through Warsaw Parks & Recreation. Otherwise fields are first come first serve.
5. A team captain must register a full team, including ALL Liability Waivers signed and must pay in full at the time of registration.
6. Sponsors & team shirts are NOT Provided for this league. You may purchase shirts on your own if you choose. Team shirts are not required to play.
7. Teams must provide their own equipment, except game balls. Bats must be on the current legal list for slow-pitch softball.

Liability Form

To participate in any Parks and Recreation program you must sign and return the registration form along with the attached Liability Wavier form. The Liability Waiver form must be turned in by each player before the team can participate in games and tournaments. 

*All Registered forms must be turned into the Community Building located at 181 W. Harrison along with payment if any. You may walk in or mail the forms to the City of Warsaw P.O. Box 68. Warsaw, MO. 65355.
