Warsaw Old River Days Festival
Help us celebrate our rich Riverboat History on May 17-18, 2008. Hear the roar of cannon fire, tap your toes to great music, grab a bite to eat and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Besides Warsaw Old River Days, you can enjoy The Old River Run 5k point-to-point run on Saturday, May 17th; Osage River Bottoms Blues and BBQ Festival, Friday May 16th and Saturday, May 17th; and Sugar Bush will be performing Saturday evening, May 17th on the deck of The View. Warsaw Parks & Recreation Old River Run
Warsaw Parks and Recreation is proud to present the First Annual Old River Run, a 5K Point to Point Run on Saturday, May 17, 2008. Enjoy a beautiful run along the Osage River in Warsaw, Missouri. The picturesque start will be from the Harry S. Truman Dam with Truman Lake on one side and the Osage River on the other. Follow the path across the dam, through the Bledsoe Ferry Sports Complex, along the levy trail next to the Osage River, and finish the run by crossing the historic Joe Dice Swinging Bridge. Warsaw City Pool Opens May 31st!
