Walk-Ins at the Community Building: 

Come into the Community Building  (Lower Level) located at 181 W. Harrison St.
Debit / Credit, Check and Cash payments accepted. 
Hours: Monday-Friday  8:00 am-4:30 pm. 



After Hours:

Use our Drop Box next to the glass entry door. (Lower Parking lot).  


Mail Payment:

Mail your  check payment,  do not send cash.
Make check out to: City of Warsaw
Write your Account # on your check, send with your payment stub portion.
Mail to: City of Warsaw. P.O. Box 68. Warsaw, MO. 65355

Overview
Warsaw Municipal Court is held on the third Wednesday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at the Warsaw Community Building, Lower Level. 181 W. Harrison St. with Municipal Judge Mark Pilley presiding.

Instructions for Guilty Plea by Mail

The Violations Bureau may accept payments on fines, without appearing in court for the below listed specified offenses and schedule, per order of the City of Warsaw Municipal Judge.

All violations include fines and court costs.
