Lay Park, located at 1009 W. Jackson, and extending to Kennedy Drive, is the largest park in Warsaw. The land for Lay Park was donated by long time resident, Mr. Henry P. Lay. A portion of the land was dedicated as the Riverside Cemetery.

Lay Park is home to the Warsaw Municipal Pool which was constructed in 2013, Lumpe Ball field, 4 shelter houses, mountain bike skills park, 2 walking/biking trails, 2 tennis courts, and a playground. Lumpe Ball field hosts all adult league softball, youth baseball, t-ball & coach pitch games. Lumpe is known for its beautiful grandstand and also has a concession stand and restrooms. Shelter houses are available for reservation for your private event by contacting 438-5522 or can be used on a first come first serve basis.
